Go.techtalkthai.com strongly respects individuals’ right to privacy. We will never use your personal data for any use beyond that stated or the permissions you give us or as required by law. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) aims to give you information on how we collects and processes your personal data when you use go.techtalkthai.com (“Website”).

We don’t have any membership system on our website. The only way we collect your information is when you fill in your information to the form (“Form”) of our website to join activities and events or to download documents and softwares. We have two types of form as follows:

  • Unrestricted Form: This type of form don’t have any choice for your consent in using your data, which is used for the form that doesn’t require any compliance.
  • Restricted Form: This type of form provide the choices for your consent in using your data, which is used for the form that requires data privacy compliance.

For Restricted Form (“Restricted Form”) (form with compliance)

We use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Generally, in Thailand, there is no regulatory requirement for any consent but some of our sponsors required us to follows the data privacy regulation and/or compliance so we add the consent fields in the form to fulfill this requirement. And you have the right to withdraw consent at anytime by contacting us.

 

Server Logs

We may collect your IP address to produce a server log – as all web servers do. This information is used for monitoring reason and to comply with Thailand’s regulation. We do not use the information for tracking the activities of specific visitors to the Website.

The only cookie we have in our website is generated by WordPress, which is used for monitoring reason. We do not use the information for tracking the activities of specific visitors to the Website.

You may receive some confirmation emails, reminder emails, information updating emails related to the form you fill in, and some emails relating to TechTalkThai Group Co., Ltd.’s news or events, which will have unsubscribe button in these emails. We don’t share your email to unrelated party.

How long do we keep your information for?
